We recommend that you file your Request for Review, Request to Update, or Administrative Review Application (Clerical Error Remission) form online. Requests for Review/Update that you file now will be reviewed for the 2024/2025 tax year that starts on July 1, 2024. For Administrative Review Applications corrections will be made only for errors made within six years of the application date. Online forms are processed quickly and you will receive a confirmation receipt for your records.
| The Request for Review (RFR) application provides New York City property owners an opportunity to challenge their estimated market values as of January 5, 2024, the taxable status date. Please note that any event occurring after January 5, 2024, does not constitute a basis for a property owner to file an RFR application for the 2024-25 tax year. |
